Hi All,

This season there have been some adaptations to existing Netball rules, particularly clarifications to streamline contact and advantage.  World Netball has made changes and clarifications to rules regarding player safety, to ensure injury incidents – particularly head and neck injuries and suspected concussions – are taken seriously by players, coaches and umpires.

All associations (PNA/ANA/WNA) will be following the updated rules except for the tactical substitutions rule.  

Both Parkville and Wyndham have confirmed instead of the tactical subs rule, they will be implementing rolling substitutions.  Please see the attached documents for each association with how the rolling subs will be managed.  Please note Altona will not be implementing rolling subs.
